By using CaloMenu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to calmenuai@gmail.com.

Informational estimates

CaloMenu provides automated estimates and suggestions based on menu information. Calories, portions, ingredients, allergens, prices, availability, and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. CaloMenu is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Allergies and health decisions

Never rely on CaloMenu to decide whether food is safe for an allergy or health condition. Ingredients and preparation change, and cross-contact can occur. Confirm needs directly with the restaurant and consult a qualified professional for medical or specialized dietary advice.

No ordering or restaurant relationship

CaloMenu does not place, transmit, confirm, pay for, or modify restaurant orders. Unless expressly stated, CaloMenu is not affiliated with or endorsed by restaurants referenced in the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, reverse engineer protected portions, or use automated access outside provided interfaces.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant CaloMenu and its service providers a limited right to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

If offered, subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store at the displayed price and period. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the stated deadline. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and purchase-restoration controls are provided by the app store and applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloMenu is provided “as is” without warranties. CaloMenu is not responsible for restaurant decisions, ingredients, preparation, dietary outcomes, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using CaloMenu at any time. We may restrict use for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing rules

Applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws remain in effect. Any dispute will be handled under the law and courts that validly apply to the user and service operator.
